Umm, all included EXE files in the package are Digitally signed by Intel Corporation (October 14, 2021) and some of them carry an additional signature by Microsoft (October 18, 2021). Not downloading ZIP files is your decision, but keep in mind, Intel offers their downloads also as ZIP files, which are also not digitally signed (but the content is).

The currently latest Intel(R) UHD & Iris Graphics Driver for all iGPUs from Skylake up is v30.0.100.9931 dated 10/19/2021. It has been digitally signed by Microsoft on 10/20/2021 and is offered by Windows Update for Win10/11 x64.
If there should be any interest, I will upload it to my MEGA account and offer a link.
