K2020FWUP1.EXE' updates uPD720201/uPD720202 FW from verion 2.0.1.8 or older to 2.0.2.0. If the FW version is 2.0.2.0 or later, it does not update.

Note : This firmware is for the following devices.       - uPD720201 ES 2.0 sample whose revision ID (in the PCI Configuration        Register) is 2h.       - uPD720201 ES 2.1 sample & CS sample & Mass product whose revision        ID (in the PCI Configuration Register) is 3h.       - uPD720202 ES 2.0 sample & CS sample & Mass product whose revision        ID (in the PCI Configuration Register) is 2h.

Note2 : If uPD720201/uPD720202 is not detected on the target PC,         K20XXFWUP1.EXE does not start to update.

Note3 : If multiple uPD720201/uPD720202 are detected on the PC,         K20XXFWUP1.EXE does not start to update.

Note4 : K20XXFWUP1.EXE updates FW regardless of SSID and SVID in the         serial ROM.         (If you want to limit the update target to the device with specific         SSID and SVID, you can generate the update file with 'FW Updater         Generator'.)

Note5 : Users must restart or shoutdown after updating the FW.
