Hello Dynastar,

I have a further question:
How come the Code 10 error disappeared as I upgraded the firmware ?

Kind regards.

I think that your precedent firmware was too old and has not been properly recognized with Fall Creator update.
Or possible bug during your update between both controllers 'cause it may appear some times on certain specific configurations on some particular computers anyway.
Saw that for me in the past on some a bit old usb controllers and others.
Some times may appear due to driver corruption that has been not properly installed as well.
So i'm not really surprised about your specific problem as well known for me thus.
Don't forget that i am a fresh new qualified IT...that could explain so ;)
I learned a lot about Help Desk and hardware from Cisco during many months for sure anyway.

Cordialement.
