Looks like AMD have skiped a version but as the new catalyst must be 12.2 they are delivered such as indeed.
These drivers come as classic monthly drivers without OpenCL anyway.
They could be more stable for certain people than hotfix drivers who get them,full OpenCL support of course.
However unfortunately XP users won't get again,on and on,the AMD Media codec additional complementary package
I think up a full repacked complete driver package all especialy for XP users as AMD seems skipping you anyway for certain things...
