Problem with SATA III on EVGA X58 Classified3

Hi, I recently bought a EVGA X58 Motherboard Classified3 (141-GT-E770-A1) waiting for my SSD OCZ Vertex 3 worked perfectly with his speed, but Oh! disappointment, that when using SATA III ports (controller MARVELL 88SE91xx), not working properly because the speeds I got using ATTO Bench32, As SSD, Crystal Disk Mark, were between 220MB / s to 250MB / s maximum, even amounted to SATA II, not what is wrong?

I have updated my firmware to the latest SSD v2.22, also Marvell 91xx SATA ports 6G Controller (1.2.0.1020), Marvell's firmware (2.2.0.1118) version of the BIOS of the motherboard is (1.0.0.1029 ), everything else works perfect, only problem is that I do not get speeds of 500 MB / s or 450MB / s I'd wish.

Marvell port does not reach the true speed of a port SATA 6G except for Port of last generation intel (Z68, Z77, ...).
