Some people have asked me if i know how to extract a Intel *.bio file to be able to get OROMs, so i thought i would share my way of doing it, there are probably better ways.
Here i'm using the GA0053.bio for the DZ77RE-75K Motherboard.
First load the .bio file in MMTool, you will see this:
Choose to extract Vol 00 Index 00 "as is" enter filename eg. "i.rom" then extract, you will get a 8.54Mb file.
Then load that file in MMTool, you will get this:
Give it a new name eg. "i2.rom"then extract vol 00 index 06 "largest file" you will get a 4.75Mb file.
Now we have a file we can use in MMTool to extract OROMs, unfortunately there are no filename entries so we will have to go on GUID, here i can extract the Intel RAID OROM from a gigabyte bios and a intel bios in MMTool, other ROMs are extractable also.
